Overview of JETS

What can we tell you about the successful growing business? (yes, year on year since 2004!)

Well first of all JETS stands for Jet Engineering Technical Support Ltd. Based in Bournemouth, the company was established as an EASA Part 145 approved Maintenance Repair and Overhaul centre initially specialising in Hawker business aircraft.

The current management team has expanded into additional aircraft types and the company now also supports the Dornier 328 and Bombardier Challenger series of aircraft. In addition the business now includes a Part 21J Design Organisation Avionics Mobile Design Services (AMDS) and Part M Sub Part G Standalone Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO).

The business is currently owned by Quest Aviation Services which also is a major share holder in 328 Support Services GmbH the type certificate holder for the Dornier 328 Jet and Turboprop aircraft.

Avionics Mobile part purchased from AMTEK and new Part 21J under the name of Avionics Mobile Design Services transferred - July, 2008
Quest Aviation Services purchases Jet Engineering Technical Support from Corporate Jet Services - October, 2007
JETS obtain Part 145 approval from EASA to perform work on Beechcraft Premier 1/1A - August, 2006
Dornier 328 series Part 145 approval granted by EASA - August, 2005
Jet Engineering Technical Support Ltd established with Part 145 approval for the Hawker business aircraft - October, 2004
