CAMO AVIATION provides compliance with EASA regulations for owner/operators without the original records and aircraft management being held or undertaken within the EC. Primary responsibility for items pertaining to aircraft management, not relatiing to airworthiness, is located through offices in the Island of Jersey (located 100 miles south of England and 30 miles north of France) whilst regulatory control for airworthiness is demonstrated through a blend of service functions undertaken through Jersey and Southampton offices.
This division is particularly important when giving consideration to management and control issues as it demonstrates that the effective control in relation to aircarft operation is applied from an offshore environment.
N.B. European Directive 216/2008 requires all foreign registered aircraft over 5700Kgs operating in Europe to demonstrate Continuing Airworthiness in accordance with EASA Part M Sub Part G & I.
